Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with onni. Below you'll find all the details about how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days—we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control.

We currently ship to USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and more!

International Shipping
We do offer international shipping. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow [24–48] hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
onni is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at tryonni@outlook.com within 14 days with photos, and we'll make it right.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at tryonni@outlook.com and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
